Experience the real-life events of Camille Marguerite Gautier

How she rose from the underbelly of poverty and child sex trafficking to becoming the most educated and successful courtesan of Paris in her time.
Our version of Camille tells the story from her perspective unlike other versions that have focused more on her male lover. It is a Golden Age Broadway style structured musical with lavish songs; gorgeous melodies; a suspenseful plot; witty characters; and a dramatic, heart-stopping ending.
Come with us on a journey of experiencing Camille's joys and heartaches as powerful and jealous suitors fight to control her while she yearns for love and personal agency in her dark and patriarchal world.

inquiries regarding our show

Camille is a scalable project and the current iteration is a full performance version with conceptualized sets, lighting, and costume. Our goal is to use the world premiere at the Santa Clarita Shakespeare Festival as a stepping stone to distribute it to regional theaters. Ultimately, we’d like to see it have a life in larger venues and of course to see if it has a viable life in the New York market, including Off-Broadway and Broadway. When we begin that step we will be looking for partners in the capitalization effort. Please fill out the form below to get involved.
