A freelance actor, writer, and producer in Los Angeles, CA. His play Bail Me Out received critical and creative success and was a hit with audiences in its LA premiere. As a writer, producer and director for the stage, Mr. Biribin brought Julia Gregory’s musical Camille to life at both the Santa Clarita Shakespeare Festival and the New York Musical Theater Festival where it was a Chairman’s Selection. Other collaborations with Ms. Gregory include the original script to Felix & Fanny, their adaptation of F. Scott Fitzgerald’s Bernice Bobs Her Hair, and as co-lyricist and librettist on Dracula: Sex, Blood and Rock & Roll, a classic rock version of the famed horror story. As an actor, Mr. Biribin first trained in Philadelphia and New York under the late George DiCenzo. In Los Angeles he furthered his training with the world-renowned acting teacher, Howard Fine and is a current member in Howard Fine’s Master Class. Currently he is the head of Theatre Academy at CHAMPS Charter High School for the arts in Van Nuys, California, where he teaches acting technique, theatre, technical theatre, and musical theatre. He is a proud member of the Writer’s Guild of America and SAG/AFTRA.
